Biography
Rana leads domestic graduate admissions and recruitment across more than 40 graduate programs at 91Èȱ¬. She works closely with students, faculty, program directors, deans, and university leadership to understand enrollment needs, student interests, and changing graduate education markets. Her work focuses on connecting prospective students with the right programs while strengthening recruitment strategies, communications, partnerships, and the overall admissions experience.
Her approach to graduate admissions combines relationship building with data and an understanding of how students make decisions about graduate education. Having worked with students and institutions across different states, countries, and educational systems, Rana brings both a domestic and global perspective to her work. She is especially interested in the student experience, from the first interaction with a university through enrollment, and how thoughtful communication and guidance can help students make informed decisions about their graduate education.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Rana enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling, especially when travel gives her the opportunity to experience new places and learn how people from different backgrounds live and connect. She enjoys meeting students and is always happy to hear from prospective students, whether they have questions about graduate programs and admissions or simply need some guidance figuring out their next step.
